Modern classic rock Is classic rock really mean that it is from back in the 60's 70's 80's or is ti actually a type of sound? I think its a type of sound. 5. All coming back to me now....and so on, although im quite fussy... We're An American Band Back in the late 60's-early 70's, there was one definition of loud; GRAND FUNK RAILROAD. Although never a hit with the "critics", these guys were always crowd pleasers. Although now relegated to no man's land other than one or two songs on classic... Why men are so into rock music? I just don't understand why..because most of the guys I knew even my husband likes/loves listening to rock, sometimes it's hardcore one.
