Anyone watching "Plantet Earth" on Discovery channel? My husband and I have been watchig Planet Earth on the Discovery channel. What a show. The images and facts about the earth are just out of this world (pardon the pun) It's amazing to see all the creatures of this world, some I have never even heard of. Since watching the show, I have found myself to be more aware of what we are doing to our world. I try to recycle more and such. Has watching the show affected you in any way to want to "change":) best educational movie for kids can you tell me some good educational movies for learning basics for my baby she will be 3 years old now and i want her to learn good things...she likes to watch cartoons and i think its a good way if i get a movie which can teach her something good...if anyone knows just tell me the name i will try to get it...if its somewhere online post the site for me please downloading sites will be better...thanx Does anyone else think that whinny the pooh is not that great for children? Recently my brother in law was at my house and my children were watching a whinny the pooh movie. One of their favorites and my brother in law brought to my attention why he thought whinny the pooh was detremental in the education of my children. If you watch the movie, all the spelling in it is wrong or grammatically incorrect. Do you think that young children would notice small things like this in the movie and have it affect their own learning?
