Squarepusher I'm mostly a heavy metal guy, but lately I've been listening to Squarepusher like crazy! What 80's and 90's bands were influenced by The Art of Noise? The Art of Noise was one of the most original bands in the early 80's. Their unique sound came from experimenting new technologies like sampling!
What was the bands that got inspired by their sound? Tell Me More about Orbital - I like Their Work! For about five year I've been hitting up my few samples of Orbital with great gusto. Their work keeps me awake if I need to be, freshens up my workouts, and lightens my work burden.
