Does carrying a backpack everyday really ruin your back? I love using backpacks in school because they're big and I can just throw everything inside. I'm kind of a forgetful person so if I carry stuff in my arms and sit somewhere and put those down, I most likely will forget that I left them there. So I like having everything in my bag. And it's easier to lug around because the straps don't fall down my shoulder like in shoulder bags and I feel like messenger bags will make my shoulders uneven. But I remember reading somewhere that backpacks can be a bit harmful to the back. When I was traveling with my friends, I used my backpack the whole time so I can just throw in there whatever stuff I buy. It's easier than having a lot of things in my hands in the subway. Then on our last day there, one of my friends used her backpack because that was our major shopping for souvenirs day. The day before, I've complained that my back hurt. But we were walking all day that day. I thought it was because of that. But then the major shopping day, my friend used her backpack and when we got home, she said, "Now I know why your back is aching." I have another customer for a koolaid purse These are the messenger bags though. I have a question for you. I made a person a large messenger bag Before Christmas. Because she was a student at my sisters job. I let her pay $25.00 rather than the $35.00 I charged her. She did not pay for the bag till last Friday. Way late.. Then she also pays for another one for a friend. Then asked when the other bag would be ready. My sister told her yesterday it would be done. I told my sister she was wrong to tell her she could pay $25.00 for the second one and that she gave her a date it would be ready. Being that I am sick for one for 2 she was given a lower cost because of my sister. Then 3 she wanted a second one which means she should pay the correct price. Ok the bag is almost 3 times this one pictured. And I added the pockets and pencil holders to the front. Now my sister calls me and tells me She has another customer and I asked oh yeah and how much did you tell her. She said oh I forgot LOL $25.00 I had my sister type and add this note to the bagThanks very much for your purchase. If you need shorted handles tape it where you want it stitched and return it to me. Please... What is your opinion on messenger bags? Messenger bags are great, i myself am the proud owner of 2. (one for laptop and one for stuff).
My question is however, are messenger bags appropriate for guys? I mean, sure im a guy and everything, but a lot of people will say that it looks more like a purse than a bag that a guy should carry.
