When there is no sidewalk where do you drive your powerchair? I'm sorry this is totally insane...A man who was riding on the street, because there was no sidewalks was fined 20.00 plus court costs. The original charge was 'reckless driving'Um excuse me, but how can a power chair that probably doesn't break... disable YOU HAVE FRIENDS Or RELATIVES IN WHEELCHAIR?

How come when there a person driving someone else in a wheelchair or even the person in the wheelchair themselves they just decide that they want to run you over. if they do happen to say something like . they come inches away from your ankles...
