WHAT i have an 8 year old WTF. I've been married for the past 6 years and have 2 wonderful kids with my wife, a 5 yr old daughter and 2 yr old son. So we are minding our own business on August 7th and I get served with papers. At first i'm thinking it's a bill collector... Child Support Ok, my ex (very very abusive) just cut my phone off due to me not "servicing him?? and now I still have not received my child support. I was supposed to get it on the 15th and I can only think that he told he accounting people to hold it and then... Child Support...Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200... With so many children being born and parents either not being married or ending up divorced there's alot of parents that owe child support. Mostly men although there are women that owe it as well. Some take on their responsibility to provide for... Take A Chance... A woman I know was collecting Social Security on her ex husband along with certain benefits that she was awarded in their divorce…the only stipulation was that if she remarried she forfeited the benefits and Social Security. Well, she met a guy,... Child Support Obligations.. I raised three kids by myself, I have always worked so, I never could get any government help, food stamps, welfare,etc. I had my children father put up for child support, but back in those days they didn't put that much stress on child support, and... Signing over your parental rights?? If someone wanted to sign over their parental rights to their child would they still be able to have visitation with them?
