It's spring, and we are opening our windows and packing away all the trappings of winter. Our drapes are dusty, our windows are grimy, and with the cost... Anyone make scented soaps or candle tarts? I make soap and candle tarts for my family and friends.I try to do this in bulk so I don't have to sit on the stove every day.But it seems that the scent wears off after a week or two.
