Was potty trained?My daughter... circumcision 2yr old. Dr. Claims has grown back in one area My great grandson went to the doctor yesterday. He was 2 on the 28th of April. He has crying when he went potty. We thought it was a urinary trac infection. The doctor said that the skin had grew back and was infected. I have never heard of...
