Booster seats I'm travling back to texas soon, and I'm going by plane. I taking my daughter and my yougest is staying with her daddy in maryland. I wanted to get a booster seat for her, she is 3 and she weigh's 30 pounds. I don't want to carry around her big car... why won't people use their car seats correctly? the most dangerous thing most parents do with their kids each day is drive them around in a car and still most parents don't put in the necessary time/effort/money to protect their little passengars...why is that? even my friends who are otherwise... What would you do? I have a neighbor who has five children. The oldest of the chldren is in third grade and they are stair-stepped in age down to the youngest who is 9 months. The two youngest should still be in car seats and perhaps the third youngest. The third... carseat Does anyone know of a good carseat that can be used both rear facing and forward facing? I am having trouble trying to decide on what to buy. Time OUT RefuSal WhAt ShoUld i Do my kids refuse to stay in time out. I have an extra car seat in my living room corner. I have yet to strap them in it for a time out. I am afraid it is not leagal, and it may cause issues with them in the car??? I did call the police (non-emergency line) on my mother years ago, when she had my nephew in the car without a car seat. For a while, she was helping get him to and from school. And she had two cars- a two-seater, and a four-seater. Well one day... Children and car safety Lots of families live in the city and do not own a car.
