Have you ever had to wait a long time in Walmarts for help? I was in Walmarts waiting for help in the fish department. There were no bells to ring and no floor assistance anywhere near by. I waited quite awhile because I was picking out another frog to go with my froggy, yes, the albino froggy. I finaly sent... Excuse me but your anger is misdirected.... In customer service we often take abuse from customers when it is beyond our control. This morning my co-worker so eloquently told someone there anger was misdirected and it stopped them dead in their tracks. I thought it was funny and effective way... I was really upset yesterday because our television service was cut off because I was late on the payment so I waited for my husband to get home and he paid the bill.
