Did you ever receive a different item from a return? After sending my BT350 bluetooth headset into Jabra a few weeks ago, I finally received my replacement. But when I opened the box, it was not the same model as I had bought. Instead of the BT350, the people at Jabra gave me the BT8010! Apparently... I am so pissed at Walmart Customer Service!! I bought some clothes for my son on tax free weekend. He was not with me, so I just go the size clothes he normally wears. Well, NONE of them fit him. Ok, fine! We go back to Walmart and he comes with me this time. Since I bought them on tax free... Do you reward good work, or just punish bad? I am a classic train wreck. I spent the first portion of my day at Banana Republic trying to get a dress that went out of season over a month ago. I need this for my sister's wedding, it is her choice for the bridesmaid dresses. She gets married not... She hung up the phone on me,What a Customer Service! I am frequently calling the CSR of my cellphone provider because of their wrong charges on my phone and one time i have talked to a CSR which do not really know what will he tell me he said to do this then he will say "oh i am sorry ma'am this... Are you satisfied……….. Tired of waiting endlessly on hold to speak to a customer service executive? More often than not, you don’t even get the promised service with a smile even when you visit the outlet. Commets needed…........... Your customer service Sucks!!!!!
