What is the air quality like where you live??? Is a good? unhealthy? hazardous? somewhere inbetween?The surrounding city I live is usually in the unhealthy range in summertime...But thats usually in mid to late summer...Since there are many wildfires in state air quality is already unhealthy... Attack of the caffeine withdrawal headache! I was out shopping and I had gotten a terrible headache. Then it hit me. I had no caffeine yet today. So when I was filling up the gas tank a few minutes later I grabbed a caffeinated soda. I hate it when I get those headaches. Have you... What u doing when its too hot outside? Its sure, i gonna refresh me, could be on pool on in a cold shower lol I doing less big activities as possible, it not good to make big effort in hot temperature.
