spring festuvel~~~chinese new year today is little chinese new year.hope everyone happy and peace. 2008 a year of New Beginning I feel more energetic for this new year. I take a long walk in the morning about 1 and a half hour or 12,000 steps. Walking around the subdivision. Started taking my medicine for hypertension.
