do you immediately wake up when your alarm clock sounds? It was 6 AM. I was startled by the sound of my alarm clock. I rose from my bed, put it off and returned to sleep. The result? I preferred to use my Mobile Alarm Clock.Most of my schedule of duties is in the night shift. At 2am I am free to sleep and wake up at 4-430am to process a report.
