Wake UP (a real story) A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight. Not wanting to be... Alarm clock or internal clock? Are you one of those people who wake up at a given time without the help of an alarm clock or do you need an alarm clock to wake you at a given time? If you wake by an internal clock, how did you train yourself to do this? do you often push the snooze button in your alarm clock? Everytime I set the alarm, I always set it 1 hour before my desired time to wake up. This is because when the alarm rings, i usually turn it off or push the snooze button and then go back to sleep. after the third alarm (oftentimes fourth or fifth... Alarm Clock Dead? Has anyone ever had their alarm Clock just stop working. I've never had this happen. I've used the same alarm clock since I was really young and the same with my husband. They just seem to go on forever. Unless i'm just lucky. What about you? Snoozer Are you a snoozer? How many times do you hit snooze before getting your butt out of bed? I have to hit it for at least an hour before I can drag my lazy self up. Of course, my internal alarm clock (my bladder) often has other ideas. Do you keep alarm all time before going to sleep?? No i wont..If i want to move out of home earlier and if its very important i keep alarm in my mobile to wake me up. Otherwise no.. how about you???? Do you wake up to an alarm clock? If you do, what do you prefer. . .music or buzzing? For me, I like waking up to music. I cannot stand the buzzing noise. It scares me out of a nice, sound sleep and that is not a good way to start the day for me. LOL! If you wake up to music, does... Do you use your cell phone as the alarm clock? I was told that it's not good for health if you don't shut down your cell phone at night. Is it true?Do you leave the cell phone on to use it as an alarm clock? I hate Alarm Clock!!! The most terrible thing that happens to me every morning is the alarm clock's alarming.
