Bread: White or whole wheat Do you believe that all kinds of bread have the same nutricious value? White bread, whole wheat same thing? So is it a myth that when on diet we have to eat only whole wheat bread? Papa John's has a new crust?! I don't order pizza very often,. because the one place that is available to us is not very good at all. But the other day, I was driving by a Papa John's, and there was a sign featuring whole wheat pizza crust. WhooHooo am I excited about that!... Whole Wheat Pizza Have you heard that whole wheat pizza is good for you? The longer that you let the dough rise, the more antioxidants are in the dough! Use lowfat cheese and add a lot of vegetables, and you will have a healthy pizza! Multi Grain Versus Whole Wheat Personally, I prefer multigrain. I just don't like whole wheat.
